Our US born and raised beef is hand selected and raised to the highest standards. We carry a variety of cuts including staple and specialty.

Indiana Hoosier born and raised pork. We use a variety of purebred and crossbred hogs.

We get it finding good chicken let alone great chicken is a task! Look no further though. Our chicken is known to be tender, and we hand trim it so you don't have to.

Lamb

Tried lamb and didn't like it? You haven't tried U.S raised lamb before then. Most all the lamb offered on the shelves at your big stores is imported and it has a stronger gamey taste to it. We use only Hair Sheep. Breeds of sheep that produce less lanolin than wool sheep, so you don't get that strong flavor many don't like.
