Our meats are all-natural—free of added coloring, hormones, and preservatives—so proper handling and storage are essential to ensure the best flavor and safety. Please follow these guidelines:
Storage

Keep meat refrigerated at 34–38°F.

If you do not plan to cook within 2–3 days, freeze immediately.

For freezing, place the butcher paper–wrapped package inside a freezer bag or airtight container to maintain quality and prevent freezer burn.
